Pets & assistance animals
Dogs and other pets are not permitted at Tides Byron Estate unless Tides has provided separate prior written approval. Submitting a request does not mean approval has been given.
Please confirm by email before arrival
Please email Tides through your existing enquiry or booking conversation before making plans to bring a pet. Written approval means Tides explicitly agrees by email to the pet attending and confirms the permitted scope and conditions. Sending a request or acknowledging this policy does not give permission.
Dogs attending a wedding
Where approved for a wedding, a dog may attend the ceremony and wedding photographs only and must leave before pre-dinner drinks or the reception begins, unless Tides confirms otherwise in writing.
When a pet is approved
Approved pets must remain under the supervision and control of a responsible adult at all times and be kept on a lead where reasonably required. They are not permitted in the commercial kitchen, food preparation or service areas, pool or spa areas, or other restricted areas.
Assistance animals
Registered assistance animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law, and Tides should be notified in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
For an existing booking, please refer to your agreed booking documents and any specific written arrangements confirmed with Tides.
