Minimum 2-night stay
Prices are indicative. We’ll confirm availability and provide a personalised quote based on your dates and requirements.
Catering and beverages can be booked separately at an additional cost. Please let us know your requirements.
Security bond & optional services
Refundable security bond: A$1,500. Collected with the final payment, separately from the accommodation total and without GST. Returned within five days after check-out, subject to confirmed stay terms and an itemised account of any deduction.
Rollaway bed A$35 per bed per night (up to three); mid-stay cleaning A$55 per hour. No additional GST is added to these rates. Only services you select are included in your formal quote.
Payment terms
At booking, 50% of the accommodation charge including GST is due. The remaining accommodation, cleaning fee and refundable security bond are due 30 days before check-in. For a booking made within 30 days of check-in, these amounts are due together. Payment arrangements for separately selected services are confirmed in the formal Stay Quote.
Short-stay cancellation
For stays under 28 nights: cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund of applicable accommodation and cleaning charges; from 7 to under 30 days, 50%; under 7 days, no refund of those charges. If you book at least 7 days ahead, you may cancel within 24 hours of confirmation for free.
Percentages apply to the relevant charges, not just the amount already paid. Actual refunds account for unpaid balances; the refundable bond is not subject to these cancellation penalties. Tax, separately booked services and applicable legal exceptions are handled separately. Times are Australia/Sydney local time.
