Everything in one private estate: Hold your ceremony beneath the Fig Tree, celebrate in the Grand Hall and stay onsite in the Villa — all within one estate.
Privacy comes naturally: Tides is offered as an exclusive estate experience, giving you and your guests the space to celebrate without sharing the venue with another event.
More than a beautiful setting: A commercial kitchen, cool room, wet-weather options and established venue infrastructure mean the estate is designed to support the practical side of a wedding as well as the celebration itself.
A wedding that flows naturally: From preparation and ceremony to cocktails, reception and an overnight stay, each part of the celebration happens within the same estate.

Weekday Wedding: $9,600 + GSTMonday–Thursday
Weekend Wedding: $13,100 + GSTFriday–Sunday

Fixed estate venue fee — no guest surcharge and no recovery fee.

Selected off-season dates may be available at special rates.

Up to 160 guests
Celebration curfew: 11:30 pm
Security may be required for events over 100 guests and is quoted separately.
